Do you give free estimates?
In general, yes. There are times when there are jobs out of town or which require special equipment; such as steep roofs, which may be charged for the extra time or access.

Do I need to be there?
We recommend that you meet the estimator in person. A major investment in your home like replacing your roof involves more than just the lowest price. You want a company you can trust to be there for the life of your roof. After almost 34 years in business we can assure you that we will be there.

How well versed are you in the technical terms of roofing? Do you know why certain materials are better than others? Would you know if someone was trying to sell you a material that was not suitable for your roof? Do you know if you can trust the person who is inspecting your roof? What is the warranty? Is the company licensed and insured? Do they have references?

In the case of leaks, our representative definitely needs to meet you there. A thorough inspection of the leaking area from the inside of your home will help us pinpoint the corresponding area on the roof. This helps insure that all possible sources for the leak can be included in our recommendations for repairs.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?
This is not advisable as there are too many variables and the quote would not be accurate. Estimates are free and there is no pressure from our estimators to accept our advice or our bids.
