Our Team
We are a locally owned second generation family business. Back
in 1974 Marvin Doyle struck out on his own in the roofing business.
At the time his son, Jim, was still in high school and helped out
after school and during the summer. After high school and college
he came into the business full time. Mitch Doyle, Marvin's nephew,
was 22 when he moved from Portland, Oregon and started roofing with
the rest of the family.
In 1998 Marvin "retired" and now only does estimates while Jim
and Mitch run the company's day to day activities. Paula Killion
is Jim and Teresa Doyle's daughter. She has been with the company
since she was 18 and is third generation coming up in the business.

At Doyle RoofMasters, we take customer service one step further by having our pets as part of the customer service team.
"Because our pets are so important to us here at Doyle Roof Masters, we take customer service one step further by having our pets as part of the customer service team.
"Because our pets are so important to us here at Doyle Roof Masters, it's only logical that they are on the website for all to see" - Teresa Doyle

"So what if I have more toes than most, all the more to love everyone with" - Peanut
Peanut is a big yellow and white cat. He has 6 toes on his two front paws. As people come in to work, he greets them every morning and gets plenty of attention in return.
When the Doyle employees found an abandoned kitten, they searched for the mother - but to no avail. They cleaned him up and decided to make him a permanent member of the customer service team. A couple of days later they found his brother in the back, but the mother cat was still nowhere to be found. The Doyle crew found a home for the second kitten and named the first one Squishy.
Jasmine is Paula Killion's Pit Bull. Everyone was nervous about letting Jasmine around the kittens. Eventually they couldn't keep them apart. Jasmine has become a surrogate mom to Squishy, and the pair welcomes everyone who walks through the door at Doyle Roof Masters.
